Responsibilities

• Transition and teach your existing student base onsite within the Lets Pair ecosystem.
• Utilize our facilities to teach your students using a collaborative, pair-programming style or your own proven teaching methods.
• Support learners by reviewing code, answering questions, and debugging issues.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive environment for your learners.

Required Skills & Experience

• An existing, active client base of coding students.
• Must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Canada.
• Proven experience mentoring, teaching, or tutoring programming concepts.
• Solid technical proficiency in modern web development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills.
